Kayla May Howard is an emerging screenwriter and storyteller whose creative journey spans continents and genres. Her feature debut, The Unwanted Exorcist, co-written with Kevin Schultz, has been optioned by Perfect 7 Media Inc., a North Vancouver-based production company known for bold, character-driven content. Originally from Brisbane, Australia, she made the jump to Vancouver to pursue her passion for film and television., getting her start in the Costumes department.

With a background in Writing, and Art, Kayla has a flair for genre storytelling. She is quickly establishing herself as a fresh voice in the film industry. Her work reflects a commitment to crafting entertaining and emotionally resonant narratives.
